Delete your 1Matic account

Delete from the app

1. Open 1Matic on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email team@1matic.com from the email address used for your 1Matic account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before deleting the account.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes or deactivates your 1Matic account, listing drafts, connected marketplace tokens, paired desktop device records, and associated app data unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or operational reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your 1Matic account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your Apple account settings before or after account deletion. Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions.
